IJTC update

LegalXML Steering Committee,


Good news.  We had a meeting of the Integrated Justice Technical Committee today in which we agreed to:


1. Hold a web vote to transition to the new restricted royalty-free IPR policy before the April 15 deadline.
2. Hold a web vote on formalizing the Modeling, Naming and Design Rules specification as a Committee Draft.
3. Have a conference call in May to:
        - Ascertain the next steps of the TC after the release of NIEM 2.0 including a possible new charter
        - Elect (or re-elect?) the representative to the Steering Committee
