RE: [legalxml-sc] [FWD: RE: Slides for Board meeting SD April 19]

I think we are working that out now. Apparently there were some mistaken
assumptions and miscommunications but the money can be spent by year end
if the intended requests are made asap. Spending money was never a
problem that LegalXML couldn't solve.
