Agenda Items for 9/12 meeting

On
behalf of Chairman Messing, I am requesting input from steering committee members
regarding agenda items for our next conference call which is tentatively
scheduled for September 12.  At the current time, our chairman has a minimum
number of substantive items for inclusion on the agenda.  If committee members
do not have additional items for the agenda by the end of this week, we may
postpone meeting until October.
