I've been in contact with Eric Novik of Intresys Inc, contact details below.

Eric is interested in joining OASIS and the LegalXML community to engage
mostly with the ECF TC.  As a user of ECF, his company would seem to provide
an important point of view for your group.  You may also explore other
opportunities for collaboration that didn't occur to me.

Eric, The Steering committee addressed by this mail is the executive level
committee that oversees the LegalXML community in OASIS, you may here from
one or several members.  More specifically, John Greacen is the ECF
Committee Chair who can help you know exactly what the TC is doing and how
your input and participation can be mutually beneficial.

Hello,

I would like to inquire about possible options for becoming a member of the
OASIS.  Intresys, the makers of TurboCourt, an interactive filing platform
for self represented litigants, is a small software company working with
LegalXML and other judicial standards and our interest is mostly in LegalXML
ECF.  What is your recommendation as to the appropriate membership.
