Your assumption about "busy calendars" is correct - at least in my case anyway.  On the surface, I share your concerns, but I base that only on discussion in the email thread.  I still need to read the policy changes.  Unfortunately, I don't get any relief in the calendar any time soon, although I should be able to sneak it in before our monthly call on March 11.  Can we discuss the topic then and provide a more formal and unified response?
