Thank you for the productive call today – as we all know, budget calls are always very exciting

I have attached the two word documents created for the two outstanding contracts, each for 5,000USD. Contractors:
- Grant Vergottini
- Véronique Parisse
The contractors need to use the attached OASIS template (to the best of their ability) as they are the individuals that are agreeing to the terms. As I have stated before, although the StC agreed ‘in general terms’ to allocate these funds in 2012, the StC is responsible for reviewing the deliverable and approving the release of the funds as the deliverable are accomplished. The deliverables need completion dates and I will advise that you possibly group deliverables into two payments of about equal size to be specified in the contract – this makes it easier on everyone.
It looks like some of the deliverables may have passed so we need some indication what has or has not occurred, given that we have not seen any feedback from the contractors, unless I am mistaken.
