Dear Chet,
I have collected the last ( I guess) draft charter of the Universal
Legal Citation Standard in a odt file, so we can work in cooperative way
on this document. Please find in revision tracking the modifications
from Fabio and me.
I hope it could help to reach soon a stable version for circulation
inside of our TCs (LegalRuleML and LegalDocML).
As soon as you consider the version quite good, let me know that I will
send it to the TCs.
