Is the Aubay Parisse (Joel Sanzat) contract the same as the Veronique contract? Are the word documents just duplicates or are they providing additional support?
Right away, 2a must read like, ‘fixed fee set in Schedule A.’ This looks as if there is a fixed fee and an hourly rate to be paid monthly. I had asked if the work could be broken into 2 equal portions for payment, is that possible.
I urge the StC to review these contracts closely and send feedback as soon as possible.

Dear Dee,
please find in attachment the OASIS contracts signed by the consultants (Grant and Veronique) and the associated plans of deliverables/tasks.
Can you help me to put this contracts into operation as soon as possible? We have indicated in the contract's schedule the real initial date at Nov. 19th., but we can post-pone little bit one week if it is necessary. Not more I guess, for not affecting the schedule.
Many thanks in advance for any help that you can provide me on this issue.

No, you do not need to wait another month. The StC will need to have a ballot/meeting with minutes to approve and release funds.
