Hi Jim,
I am pleased to report that the 2013 OASIS Budget has been approved by the Board of Directors which included the
2013 LegalXML Spending Plan of $19,015 and the 2012 outstanding contracts for $12,000 as detailed in the report sent
to you on Jan 21st.   The est 2012 Carryforward balance of $17,388 will be updated once the audit is complete but I do not
anticipate any major change in the amount.  Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of further assistance.  Looking forward to a very positive and productive 2013.

Please find attached the financial report for Nov & Dec12 along with the 2013 Preliminary Spending Plan.
The 2013 Spending Plan will be submitted to the Board for approval on Tues Jan 29th.  In the interim, we have been given authorization by the Board Finance Committee to proceed with the 2013 Spending Plan as submitted pending final approval.
