New Tara's contract

Dear LegalXML-SC,  please find in attachment the new draft of the Tara's contract concerning the LegalRuleML TC. The contract is necessary for developing the new features in the XML-Schema according to the goals of the 2013 plan.  The amount of the contract is 5000 $ and it was already approved and included in the Financial budget of "FY 2013 LegalXML Member Section", version March2013. The item in the budget is: "Contract : LegalRuleML Core refinement, integration and final version".  I would appreciate if the approval of this contract will be included in the next agenda of the LegalXML-SC.  Best regards, Monica  --
