Hi Monica,
sorry for the delay.  As you may have saw in a recent member announcement, we are being required to unexpectedly vacate our headquarters office on very short notice by the property owner who wants our space to build a new cafe for the office park.  All my attention had to be devoted to finding a new location and planning a move of our facilities and negotiating all the related contracts, expenses etc.
I sent the three final contracts out for signature earlier today, so we should be all caught up.

I am really worried about the Tara, Grant, Veronique  contracts.
We need to unlock them for not stopping the work that is in the
crucial moment in both of the TCs. We are approaching to release
the documentation for the public review.
Several people are contributing for free in both TCs (for
LegalDocML: Fabio, me, Tina, Jason, Tosar, Alvaro, etc. for
LegalRuleML: Guido, Adrian, Adam, me) so the contracts are not a
delegation of the core parts of the standard, but they are
necessary for supporting in continue manner the documentation,
the examples checking, the validation of the use cases and so to
prepare the material for the public review.
I am confident that you can approve them in a week in order to
start during August.
