RuleML, Inc. request

Dear LegalXML-SC,
the RuleML no-profit organization asks to have a support for the OASIS
membership 2015. See in attachment the request.
Considering that RuleML provides valuable technical contributions in
LegalRuleML through the community and in particular the members Harold
Boley and Adrian Paschke assure a coordination with the RuleML technical
specifications, as co-chair of LegalRuleML I support their request.
