2015 Spending Plan

As inspiration to discuss what the MS will be supporting in 2015, attached is a a copy of what was done in 2014.  Please use this to record and update your plans.  We will not have any issues supporting nearly the same level of activity in 2015, but its good to know whats in the plans and if the plans could divert significantly from the known assumptions.
As we think about services in 2015, we should consider the existing contracts executed in 2014 but still being serviced are already funded and do not need to be listed again in the 2015 plan (unless we know a contract is not going to be serviced and therefore will be cancelled this year without payment)
