Hi Cathie:

In today’s SC meeting, we approved the attached invoice for Tara Athan’s services on LegalRuleML and for the prizes given for the best doctoral papers at the  JURIX conference. We also discussed a proposed 2015 budget. The latest financial report we have is dated 10/15/2014, so we did not have a more recent report to check our spending. We’re planning to meet again on Jan 26; would it be possible to have an updated  financial report by then?

It would also be helpful if Dee or Scott could advise on the request to waive the OASIS membership fees for RuleML or provide sponsorship of them.
