Dec14 MS LegalXML YrEnd Financial Report

Dear Steering Committee,
Attached please find the draft Dec14 Financial Report for LegalXML.  The auditors are scheduled to come in at the end of January to begin the audit.  I do not anticipate any changes to the report, but I will let you know once the report is finalized.  I will also be sending directed spending plans for Fy2015 shortly.  Please let me know if you have any questions.    Best Regards, Cathie
