I am referring to the Spending Report that Cathie sent concerning
the expenditure planned for 2016.
Below Cathie asked information about the current Tara's contract
(2016).

LegalRuleML is ending the documentation for the public
review.
We are expecting to ask the public review within October
2016.
For this reason we suppose to respect Tara Athan contract
deadline within December 2016.
