Dear Laurel,
if I understood well those members that are representing a TC
(Adam, Melanie, Jim and me) should be appointed by the
correspondent TC within 30 Sept.
The
TCs shown in the table below should confirm their
representatives by a member vote during a meeting or via
electronic ballot and report those results to the Steering
Committee prior to 30 September.
LegalDocML already decided to appoint me in the last F2F meeting
in Ravenna (12th Sept.)
LegalCitM nominated John Heywood.
LegalRuleML is approaching to appoint him/her in the next TC
meeting.
Do you think it is necessary also to send our nomination to the
?

Monica: assuming you want to continue on the Steering
committee, please get your nomination in. It’s ok to
nominate yourself.
Melanie:
I’m not sure if you’re looking for someone to replace you or
just fill in while you’re on maternity leave. I think if you
want to continue, you can get the nomination in and then
find a fill-in person.

P.: any decision on continuing? If not, anyone from ECF who
can be an at-large member?
