2017 Preliminary Spending Plans

Dear Steering Committee,
I have attached a copy of the 2017 estimated funds spreadsheet that was sent via email on Oct 19th, to assist the StC with planning and funding activities for the upcoming year. Please be aware that I need  your preliminary spending plan by  December 1st  so I can incorporate it into the overall OASIS budget.
My suggestion would be to outline the known activities, travel, events, and other support that you have
discussed in the past months.  Do not be concerned about spending all the funds, any unassigned funds will carry over into the following year to fund future activities. And if unplanned activities come up during the year
and there are sufficient funds to cover them, they can be incorporated into the forecast.
