[legalxml-sc] Fy2019 and Fy2020 Spending Reports - LegalRuleML requests

Dear colleagues, dear Cathie,

  on behalf of the LegalRuleML TC, I submit the contract of Tara Athan for LegalRuleML schema refinement.
  I kindly ask to approve it, even if remotely, in order to proceed with the necessary formalization. Tara already started to work.

  In meantime, as co-chair of LegalRuleML and supported by Adam Wyner representative of LegalRuleML in LegalXML-SC, I am also represent the needs of LegalRuleML for the budget 2020:
  1. 3000$ Tara technical contract (here in attachment)
  2. JURIX 2020 500$ Award for young researcher in PhD programme that use LegalXML techniques

  3. RuleML 2020 500$ support for F2F meeting
  4. 1000$ for dissemination event/material
  Considering that we have saved 3000$ the last year, I think this estimation of 5000$ is very reasonable.

 for Fy2019.  The funds that will carry into 2020 are $14,954.01.  I have also included

 requests made by Monica at the end of 2019.  Please make the necessary revisions

 once you have voted on the new spending plan for 2020.  I will post both the pdf and

 excel versions for planning purposes. Please let me know if you have any questions or

 if I can be of further assistance.
