Jan20 LegalXML Spending Report

Dear StC Members,
I have attached the spending report for Jan 2020, there was no activity in January to report.
I do not have your Fy2020 Spending Plan and could not find anything in Kavi.  Its possible
you may not have posted the minutes from a prior meeting yet? Please send me a copy  of the 2020 spending plan that was approved by the StC so I can incorporate it into the next set
of spending reports.  Thank you,  Cathie
