Proposed changes to LegalXML MS Rules of Procedure

Please review and comment on the proposed changes to the LegalXML Member Section Rules of Procedure.

I will call for approval of these changes, and any other suggested revisions, at our next Steering Committee meeting on November 3.  Once we approve these changes, they will also require approval by the OASIS Board of Directors.
