ECF TC Funding Requests

The ECF TC met today and voted to request the following to be included in the 2023 LegalXML Member Section budget:

  - $1k for face to face meeting expenses at CTC in September
  - $5k for development of ECF 4.x and 5.x technical training materials by a consultant (to be identified)
