SC Members, please see my note below, requesting your availability for the last week in November, so that I can schedule a Steering Committee meeting just in case we are not able to complete budget approvals  via email.

SC Members,

I have asked the Legal XML TCs to provide budget requests by November 22 (correspondence attached in case you have not seen it yet).  After that date, we will need to review  and approve the overall budget prior to December 1.  While we hope to complete this task via email, I would like to put a calendar item on the books just in case we need it.
