Docbook to GitHub

TomaÅ, please commit the Docbook modules to the GitHub repo, so that others can start their manual edits work.
The only grammar fixes needed for the autogenerated files are those minuted on 26th September
Github markdown from 7th June to be transposed into Dockbook
