RE: Revised OASIS Membership Agreement - Draft for your Review

I had our legal department review the agreement.  There was
only one comment:

 

Section 5 states that notices to OASIS shall be sent
to "its address of record".  The agreement does not identify this
address.  I suggest that that agreement provide the address, provide a link to
the address or refer to the Bylaws if the address is noted in the Bylaws.
