Results of voting on UBL NDR

OASIS members:

The ballots for approval of UBL NDR v1.0 as an OASIS Standard (announced at 
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tc-announce/200412/msg00007.html) has 
closed.  There were sufficient affirmative votes to approve the 
specification.  However, because there were some negative votes, the UBL 
Technical Committee must decide how to proceed, as provided in the OASIS TC 
Process, at http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#standard.  A 
further announcement will be made to this list regarding their disposition 
of the vote.
