OASIS Board of Directors Special Election Open

OASIS Members,

On behalf of the entire OASIS organization, I am pleased to announce the
opening of the Board of Directors Special Election Ballot.  The ballot is
scheduled to close 11 February 2005, so your prompt attention is warranted.
The candidate receiving the greatest number of votes will hold this Board
seat until July 2006.
