2006 Board of Directors Special Election Results

OASIS is pleased to announce the results of the 2006 Special Election for
the Board of Directors.

Mike DeNicola, Director of Industry Relations at Fujitsu Computer Systems
has been elected to fill the seat recently vacated by resignation.  Mike
will hold this seat until its expiration in July 2007.
 
The Consortium would like to express our deepest appreciation to departing
Board member, John Jackson of General Motors.  John has provided OASIS with
important leadership and perspective from a large technology user.  We wish
John well with his new job assignment at GM. 

Finally, we offer our thanks to all members who participated in the Special
Election. OASIS continues to be distinguished by our open election process
and the quality of our leadership.
