Clarification of OASIS Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) TC Charter

OASIS members:

The OASIS Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) TC voted on 19 February 2007 to clarify its charter, modifying its name to
OASIS Public Key Infrastructure Adoption (PKIA) TC.
