Announcing The OASIS Board Meeting Agenda Mail List

I am pleased to announce the OASIS members-only Board Agenda mail list. This
low-traffic list will be used to make the Board Meeting Agenda and related
documents available to interested OASIS Members.   

Specifically, drafts of the agenda and documents to be considered by the
Board during its meetings, either for discussion or for vote, shall be sent
to this list. However, documents that are directly HR related or have legal
implications, if Directors are of the opinion that they may impinge on HR or
legal matters or otherwise should be considered in executive session will
not be sent to this list.

To keep the archive of agenda items concise, only Board members and Staff
shall have write access to this list.  Members wishing to send comments to
the Board about the agenda or other items of interest are encouraged to send
comments to the publicly archived board list at
