Approval of SKSML Version 1.0 as Committee Specification

We are pleased to announce the approval of an OASIS Committee
Specification by the EKMI TC Members:

Members of the OASIS Enterprise Key Management Infrastructure
(EKMI) TC [1] requested a Special Majority Vote to approve
this specification (Public Review Draft 03) as a Committee
Specification. The specification had been released for public
review as required by the TC Process [2]. The vote to approve
at Committee Specification (CS) level passed [3], and
the approved CS 02 is available online in the OASIS Library
as referenced above.

We thank the EKMI TC members and all reviewers who contributed to
the production of this technical work.

This notification is provided in accordance with the OASIS
Technical Committee Process (Section 2.8) requirements for TC
Visibility [4].
