Policy Announcement - IPR, Whistle-blower and Interpretations Policies

Members,

The OASIS Board of Directors has updated the IPR Policy with a minor
revision and has approved 2 new Policies.

The Intellectual Property Rights Policy [1] revision adds, at the end
of the first and final sentence of the second paragraph of Article
10.2.1, "and any such Final Maintenance Deliverable’”.  Official
Notice of this amendment has been sent to Members, in accordance with
section 2.4 of the Membership Agreement, this change will take effect
in 30 days.

The new Interpretations Policy [2] describes the process by which
implementers may seek interpretation of OASIS Standards

The new Whistleblower Policy [3]  provides instruction and protection
for individuals who make allegations regarding potentially illegal or
inappropriate conduct within OASIS
