Update to the OASIS citation format
OASIS members, As you know, all OASIS documents contain a citation format section on the cover page that provides our recommended form for others who want to cite the work. You find these on the document's cover pages just before the Notices page. We have made two changes to this format. Starting this year, the citations will list the editors from the title page in the top to bottom order provided by the TC. And in addition to the direct link to the document, we will include the 'Latest version' link as well. Here is a recent example: --- Citation format: When referencing this specification the following citation format should be used: [OBIX-REST] Bindings for OBIX: REST Bindings Version 1.0. Edited by Craig Gemmill and Markus Jung. 19 December 2013. OASIS Committee Specification Draft 02. http://docs.oasis-open.org/obix/obixrest/v1.0/csd02/obix-rest-v1.0-csd02.html. --- Let me know if you have any questions on the citation format. -- /chet ---------------- Chet Ensign Director of Standards Development and TC Administration OASIS: Advancing open standards for the information society http://www.oasis-open.org Primary: +1 973-996-2298 Mobile: +1 201-341-1393 Check your work using the Support Request Submission Checklist at http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/47248/tc-admin-submission-checklist.html TC Administration information and support is available at http://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tcadmin Follow OASIS on: LinkedIn: http://linkd.in/OASISopen Twitter: http://twitter.com/OASISopen Facebook: http://facebook.com/oasis.open
