The 2014 election schedule and has been posted.[1]  This year, six Board of Director seats [3] and two seats on the Technical Advisory Board [4] are open for election.

OASIS boards are filled by nominations and voting of OASIS members.  I encourage all members to review the qualifications posted and what factors are important to you in selecting your leadership.  Consider who you would nominate, and if you would serve if nominated.

While few members can serve on the board, all members have a role in selecting board members and influencing the board agenda.  Questions posted by members as part of the election process [2] help the voters understand the candidates and they help the candidates better understand the issues important to other members. 

I look forward to an active election season and hope you will take part.  Please contact me with any questions about the process or schedule.
