A ballot to approve EDXL-TEP Version 1.1 Working Draft 2.0 with Non-Material Changes made since its last public review as a Committee Specification has been set up
OASIS members, The Emergency Management TC members [1] have requested a Special Majority Vote to approve Emergency Data Exchange Language (EDXL) Tracking of Emergency Patients (TEP) Version 1.1 Working Draft 2.0 as a Committee Specification. Changes have been made to this Committee Draft since its last public review. The description of the changes can be inspected at in the redlined-diff files contained in https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/57138/2015-12-15_TEP1.1WD2.0.zip. The TC judges these changes to be Non-Material in accordance with the definition in the OASIS TC Process (http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#dNonmaterialChange). The TC requested this ballot in accordance with the procedure for approving a Committee Specification or Note (http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#Non-MaterialChangesSummary). The ballot can be inspected at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=2900. The ballot opens on 14 January 2016 and closes on 20 January 2016 at 23:59 UTC.
