Ballot to approve STIX v2.0 and TAXII v2.0 with Non-Material Changes made since their last public reviews has been set up

OASIS members, 

The OASIS Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) TC members [1] have requested Special Majority Votes to approve STIX Version 2.0 and TAXII Version 2.0 as Committee Specifications. 

Changes have been made to these Committee Drafts since their last public reviews. The description of the changes to STIX v2.0 can be inspected at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=61076&wg_abbrev=cti. The description of the changes to TAXII v2.0 can be inspected at  https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=61075&wg_abbrev=cti. 

The TC judges these changes to be Non-Material in accordance with the definition in the OASIS TC Process (http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#dNonmaterialChange). The TC requested this ballot in accordance with the procedure for approving a Committee Specification or Note (http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#Non-MaterialChangesSummary).

The ballot can be inspected at https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cti/ballot.php?id=3102 (public url https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=3102). The ballot opened on 11 July 2017 at 08:00 UTC and closes on 19 July 2017 at 23:59 UTC. 

Any Eligible Person concerned that the changes are Material is asked to bring their concern to OASIS TC Administration at  so that the appropriate actions can be taken.
