reminder - Nominations close 19 April for the Board of Directors Special Election ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Scott McGrath <> Date: Sun, Mar 10, 2019 at 9:58 PM Subject: Board Resignation and Special Election To: Members <> OASIS Members, I am disappointed to announce the resignation of Jenny Menna of U.S. Bank from the OASIS Board of Directors. Due to a recent realignment of resources and priorities at her employer, Ms Menna will resign her seat on 18 March. Jenny joined the board in July 2018 and immediately showed why the members of OASIS elected her. Her insights and unique perspectives made an immediate and positive impact on the board. While we regret her short tenure, but we appreciate the time we had the benefit of her participation on the board. In accordance with the bylaws, a Special Election will commence on 18 March and conclude on 17 May to elect one candidate to fill the vacated seat until July 2020.
