Ballot to approve KMIP Specification v2.1 Working Draft 07 with Non-Material Changes as a CS02 and candidate for OASIS Standard has been set up

The OASIS Key Management Interoperability Protocol (KMIP) TC members [1] have requested a Special Majority Vote to approve KMIP Specification v2.1 Working Draft 07 with non-material changes as a Committee Specification 02 and candidate for OASIS Standard. 

Changes have been made to this Committee Draft since its last public review [2].

The TC judges these changes to be Non-Material in accordance with the definition in the OASIS TC Process (http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#dNonmaterialChange). The TC requested this ballot in accordance with the procedure for approving a Committee Specification [3].

The ballot can be inspected at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=3533. The ballot opens on 10 November 2020 and closes on 16 November 2020 at 23:59 UTC.

Any Eligible Person concerned that the changes are Material is asked to bring their concern to OASIS TC Administration at  so that the appropriate actions can be taken.
