A Special Majority Ballot to approve requesting OASIS submit MQTT V3.1.1 to ISO/IEC/JTC1 for consideration as an international standard has been set up. 

The ballot opens 01 April 2015 at 00:00 UTC and closes 07 April 2015 at 23:59 UTC. You can access the ballot at:
