Brian: to get travel/expense approval I have to provide an estimate to cost... for which I'd need to know location etc. Can you send around some details of venue/suggested hotel anything to help on that front

During our first face to face meeting at Hursley, the following weeks were proposed for the second face to face meeting:

I’d strongly encourage the choice of 4/11 if convenient. Besides being the earliest opportunity to meet again and build momentum, this date is scheduled
 at our Lincoln Square office which is one of the most visitor friendly Microsoft locations in downtown Bellevue -
http://bellevuecollection.com/ . Hotels and restaurants are within walking distance (right next door in some cases) with the Bellevue Square mall across the street. If it makes a difference, you would not require
 a car rental unless you want to explore downtown Seattle.

 

The other proposed dates would be located on our Redmond campus.
