Regarding SUBACK,

3.9.2.1.1 said "If the Remaining Length is less than 3, there is no
Properties." while the Remaining Length must be at least 3 bytes,
because of 2 bytes Packet Identifier and at least 1 byte payload.

Contradiction ?
