MQTTv5.0 Statement of Use

IBM has successfully implemented the OASIS MQTT Version 5.0 Committee Specification 1 http://docs.oasis-open.org/mqtt/mqtt/v5.0/cs01/mqtt-v5.0-cs01.docx dated December 25, 2017 in accordance with the conformance clauses Server and Client as defined in Section 7 (Conformance) of the specification.  This use of the specification includes interoperation with other independent implementations.
