MQTT Statement of Use

IBM has successfully implemented the OASIS MQTT Version 5.0 Committee Specification 02 (http://docs.oasis-open.org/mqtt/mqtt/v5.0/cs02/mqtt-v5.0-cs02.html ) dated 15 May 2018, in accordance with the conformance clauses Server and Client as defined in Section 7 (Conformance) of the specification. This use of the specification includes interoperation with other independent implementations.
