Subject: Convener Call

The next step is to schedule the convener call. The only required  
participants are the OASIS TC Administrator (myself) and the Convener  
(Tom Ferrentino), although all co-proposers are invited and welcome to  
attend. The purpose of this call is to discuss any comments received  
and any resulting changes to the proposed Charter and review the  
remainder of the schedule leading up to the first TC meeting, as well  
as review recruiting and marketing plans for the new TC. Typically  
several members of OASIS Staff will be on the call.

  The call must happen between 24 - 27 March; I will start by  
recommending Wednesday, 25 March  at 11am EDT / 8am PDT. Others are

midweek at the latest to give anyone wishing to attend sufficient  
notice.
