Comments on the TOSCA proposal

With respect to the proposal for a new OASIS TOSCA TC [1]

1. In the section "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 2.a Identification   of
similar or applicable work:"  the text reads
   "As stated in the charter, The TC will use standard a    standard
from one non-OASIS organization and may choose    to use the works of
other OASIS TCs and standards from    non-OASIS organizations"
Could you clarify what is meant by "a standard from onenon-OASIS organization"?

2. Suggestion: If the TOSCA proposer group deems that theoutline of
work described in the published 3-volume"Roadmap" from NIST (NIST
Cloud Computing Program) isrelevant, perhaps one sentence could be
added to clarityhow TOSCA aligns with that Roadmap [2].
