Mikio and co-proposers of the PROMCODE TC,



Greetings. As I am sure you all are aware, you received two comments on

the draft charter from Sean Kennedy. (See  https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/oasis-charter-discuss/email/archives/201401/msg00008.html



- A request to have the link to the existing PROMCODE spec added to the

charter.



- A recommendation that, since the TC plans to request affiliation with

the OSLC Member Section, the TC name in the charter be changed to match the

form of the names of all other OSLC Member Section affiliated TCs,

specifically:



OASIS OSLC Lifecycle Integration

for Project Management of Contracted Delivery for Software Supply Chain

(OSLC-PROMCODE)

TC

You will now need to take the

following steps before the Call for Participation can be issued:

1. Please either add the link to

the existing PROMCODE specification to the draft charter or remove the

reference to it.

2. Decide whether or not you agree

with changing the name.

3. Prepare a comment resolution log

and submit it to the OASIS Charter Discuss group. The easiest way for you to

do this is to send an email message to the    mailing list with

a title like "OASIS PROMCODE charter comment resolutions." In the body of that

email, note that the call for comment period ended on 7th of February, that

two comments were received, list the comments and for each what the group has

decided to do in response to them. That email will serve to satisfy the

requirement that a log of all comments received and their resolutions be made

available.

You will also want to prepare a

final copy of the charter to submit to OASIS with any changes from the above,

any other changes you may have decided to make, any additional proposers you

may have added.

I will need the comment resolution

log sent to the email list and the final version of the charter submitted to

me by Wednesday, 19 February in order to send out the call for participation.
