We went through the slide deck for the convener call. 

The proposers received comments during the call for comment period. Abbie sent the comment resolution log to the oasis-charter-discuss@ mailing list as required by the TC Process. Abbie will review the revised charter with the proposers to finalize before the submission deadline. 

Kevin and Elaine from NIST asked for time to review the comments, the resolution log and the updates to the charter given that so many comments were submitted. Abbie agreed to send the comment resolution log and updated charter to Elaine now so that they have plenty of time to review. Abbie will be in Europe next week so not available for a call until the week after that. He will hold off final charter submission until he is back from Europe. 

Carol covered promotion including the value of a FAQ and the press release that will be done after the launch. 

No other questions being raised, the meeting was closed.
