comment for proposed Charter for OASIS Augmented Reality in Information Products (ARIP) TC

Please accept the following comment for the above-referenced charter as the official comment from the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) membership.
The OGC wishes to call to the attention of the Charter editors the OGC Standard “ARML 2.0” ( http://www.opengeospatial.org/standards/arml ) which was approved by OGC membership in February 2015.  This standard is very relevant for AR content encoding.
