Re: Call for Comment: proposed Charter for OASIS Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Technical Committee

OASIS staff noted (as an observation, not a change request) that the draft charter for CTI proposes a two-phase project: 

(1)  The committee's first task is to review, improve and finalize a 
first set of open standards consistent with, and 
supporting the toolchain for, the existing contributed specs.  
(2)  In the second phase, the committee may evaluate and 
take on additional requirements, tooling, use cases, models and types of users.

Other OASIS committees have taken a similar approach, when bringing pre-existing 
projects with a substantial installed base into wider open 
standardization with us.
