OpenC2 Charter and Non normative information

OASIS Charter Discussion Group,

The draft OpenC2 Charter and the non-normative information is located at

There were no changes to the Charter.  With the exception of additional 
proposers and sponsors, there were no changes to the non-normative information 
document.
